中文摘要 | 本試驗利用玉米自交系及F₁單交種為材料,於玉米不同株齡期,以100 mM NH₄[90a7],在砂耕栽培環境下進行試驗。結果顯示,不同基因型間對NH₄[90a7]之耐性有明顯的差異;不同株齡間其耐性也不同,隨著株齡增加其耐性漸增,且株齡與乾物種間呈直線相關。本研究結果得知,有效的鑑別及篩選耐銨之玉米種源的最適當時期為2葉齡期,其次為0葉齡期(即玉米剛出土,但葉片尚未展開)。 |
英文摘要 | To evaluate the tolerance of maize inbred and hybrid to ammonium-nitrogen (NH₄[90a7]-N), seedlings were grown in sand culture and supplemented with 100 mM NH₄[90a7] at different stages. Seedlings were harvested at 14 days after application of ammonium-nitrogen (NH₄[90a7]-N) to determine the gross differences in total dry mass. The results showed that significant difference in genotype and plant growth stage were observed in seedling total dry weight in 100 mM NH₄[90a7]-Ntrentment The tolerance to ammonium was increased with plant growth stages. There was a linear correlation between total dry weight and plant growth stages of maize seedling. The key stage for determining the tolerance to ammonium in mnige the seedling at the was 2 leaf stage. |
