中文摘要 | 本實驗是利用國產單軸擠壓機在固定的操作條件下,以飼料玉米粉及聚乙烯醇 (PVA)為主原料,添加各種不同比例之添加物(碳酸鈣、尿素、二氧化矽),分別探討加工 參數(聚乙烯醇在飼料玉米粉之比例、添加物添加比例)對擠壓產品之機械特性(抗壓力、 彈性指數及楊氏模數)之影響。 結果顯示: 1.添加碳酸鈣的3╳3複因子實驗設計結果顯示,PVA添加比例例如維持在30%,添加 碳酸鈣的比例維持在0.6%,對產品的機械性狀影響顯著。添加二氧化矽的3/3複因子實驗 設計結果顯示,PVA添加比例為30%,添加二氧化矽的添加量為0.6%,對產品的機械特性 有正相關。添加尿素的3/3複因子實驗設計結果顯示,在添加PVA30%,尿素為0.6呢,所 得產品機械特性最佳。 2.經過綜合比較的結果顯示,添加碳酸鈣及二氧化矽的產品,能承受的抗壓性能較高 ,但彈性較差。添加尿素的產品,抗壓力較小,但具有質地較柔軟,有較佳的緩衝效果。 因之,就機械性狀而言,應該視產品的需要,選擇添加物的種類與數量,及PVA添加的此 例,才能生產所需要的包裝緩衝材料。 |
英文摘要 | The feed corn and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was used as the main ingredient in this study. The different additives such as calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide and urea were also used. Three separate 3 X 3 experiments were design. The effects of process variables (the ratio of PVA to corn grit and the ratio of additives) on extrudate's mechanical properties ( compressiblity, spring index, Young's modulus) and biodegradable property were investigated. Experimental results indicated that: the 3 X 3 factorial design of adding calcium carbonate showed that PVA ratio at 30%, cal cium carbonate ratio at 0.6% had an effect on the physical and mechanical properties. The 3 X 3 factorial design of adding silicon dioxide showed that PVA ratio at 30% and silicon dioxide ratio at 0.6% provided the positive correlation with the mechanical characteristics. The 3 X 3 factorial design of adding urea showed that PVA ratio at 30%, urea. ratio at of 0.6%resulted better mechanical properties. |
