中文摘要 | 目的:我自1990年初開始實施運動禁藥的管制,運動禁藥檢驗已成運動比賽的例行工作。本研究針對1998年至2001年所作的檢驗中涉及類固醇的違規樣品作一分析報告:材料與方法:尿液樣品經過Sep-Pak Plus C18Cartridge萃取、β-glucnronidase水解及N-trimethylislyltrifluoroacetamide衍生後,經由氣相層析質譜儀分析。類固醇的確是藉相對滯留時間(RRTs)及代謝物和已知標準品間的質譜比較來進行。代謝物濃度則經由標準曲線來決定:結果:在4,220件樣品中,有15件樣品含有類固醇,其中包括Nandrolone(44%)、Metandienone(31%)、Stanozolol(19%)及Oxymesterone(6%)。在這些含類固醇的樣 中,舉重選手佔67%,其次為田徑選手13%。而在舉重選手中男女所佔比例相同。結論:本報告顯示國內舉重選手在1998-2001年間誤用類固醇之案例居國內運動之首。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: Testing athletes for drug use have become a routine measure in sports competitions. In Taiwan, doping control began in the mid-1990s. We herein report on the results for anabolic steroids found in our testing program between 1998 and 2001. Materials and Methods: Unitary samples were extracted using a Sep-Pak Plus C18 cartridge, hydrolyzed by β-gulucuronidase from E. coli, and derivatized by N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide before being analyzed by gas chromatorphy-mass spectrometry. Anabolic steroids were identified by comparisons of relative retention time (RRTs) and mass spectra between one metabolite of the specimen and the corresponding known standard. The concentration of the detected colpound was determined by a constructed calibration curve. Results: Of the 4,220 samples tested, 15 samples were found to contain banned anabolic steroids, i.e., standozolol, metandienone, and oxymeterone. The majority of positive cases of anabolic steroids were from weightlifting, followed by track and filed. Approximately equal numbers of male and female athletes were found to be positive. Conclusions: The rusts demonstrate the predominant misuses of anabolic steroids in both male and female weightlifters. |
