中文摘要 | 本研究的目的為:探討目標接受、努力程度、性別對游泳表現及內在動機的影響。以永達技術學院96名學生(男48名,女48名)為研究的受試者。依目標接受、努力程度與性別(2×2×2)的實驗設計,將學生分配至各組中。本研究所採用的工具為內在動機量表、目標接受程度量表、努力程度問卷。所用的統計方法為獨立樣本三因子變異數分析。研究結果發現:一、目標接受、努力程度與性別對游泳表現雖無交互作用的影響。但男女性在高接受/高努力的狀況下、游泳表現最佳。二、努力程度與性別對內在動機有交互作用的影響。男性在高努力的情況下內在動機較高,女性則在低努力的情況下內在動機較高。三、目標接受對游泳表現及內在動機的主要效果均達顯著水準。四、努力程度對游泳表現的主要效果達顯著水準;對內在動機則無。五、性別對游泳表現及內在動機的主要效果均未達顯著水準。謹以此結果提供教師或教練在教學或訓練選手時,應注意其接受程度及努力程度的高低情形,以收教學及訓練之效。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to explore the effects of goal acceptance, degree of efforts and gender on swimming performance and intrinsic motivation. There were 96 subjects (male 48, female 48) drawn from Yung-Ta Institute of Technology and Commerce. The experiment was a 2×2×2 experimental design. The collected data were analyzed by three-way ANOVA (independent). The main findings were as follows: 1. The effects of goal acceptance, degree of efforts and gender on swimming performance were not significant in their interaction, but both male and female had the better swimming performance under high-acceptance and high-effort cagtegories. 2. The efforts of degree of efforts and gender on intrinsic motivation were significant in interaction. Male under high-effort category had higher intrinsic motivation. Female under low-effort category had higher intrinsic motivation. 3. The main effect of goal acceptance o swimming performance and intrinsic motivation was significant. 4. The main effect of degree of effort on swimming performance was significant, but not significant on intrinsic motivation. 5. The main effect of gender on swimming performance and intrinsic motivation was not significant. In this study, we found goal acceptance and efforts' degree were very importance, they were effected performance and motivation. So we wanted teachers and coaches to care that. |
