| 中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的，在建立鵝隻之基本血液生化值範圍，並比較鵝隻品種與性別間之 血液生化值差異。 本試驗選用白羅曼鵝及白色中國鵝各 48 隻，公母各半，自孵化後至 24 週齡為止，每隔三週血採分析其血清總膽固醇、三酸甘油酯、總脂質、鈉離子、鉀離子、氯 離子及離子鈣等濃度，以及血清 pH 值等血液性狀。試驗結果顯示：白羅曼鵝與白色中國鵝 之血清總膽固醇濃度分別為 104.25 ∼ 253.68 mg/dl 與 111.97 ∼ 352.90 mg/dl。 血清 三酸甘油酯濃度， 白羅曼鵝與白色中國鵝分別為 28.07 ∼ 549.12 mg/dl 與 28.95 ∼ 272.81 mg/dl。在血清總脂質濃度方面，白羅曼鵝為 311 ∼ 1240 mg/dl，而白色中國鵝則 為 349 ∼ 775 mg/dl。在血清鈉離子濃度方面，白羅曼鵝與白色中國鵝分別為 105 ∼ 177 mmol/l 與 130 ∼ 182 mmol/l。 在血清鉀離子濃度方面， 白羅曼鵝與白色中國鵝分別為 1.76 ∼ 6.21 mmol/l 與 2.03 ∼ 6.21 mmol/l。白羅曼鵝與白色中國鵝之血清氯離子濃度 分別為 97 ∼ 115 mmol/l 與 97 ∼ 137 mmol/l； 而白羅曼鵝與白色中國鵝之血清離子鈣 濃度分別為 1.00 ∼ 1.58 mmol/l 與 1.00 ∼ 1.43 mmol/l。 在血清 pH 值方面，白羅曼 鵝為 7.23 ∼ 7.99，而白色中國鵝則為 7.29 ∼ 7.99。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to establish the base values for normal blood constituents in geese and to understand their differences between the breeds and sex. Forty-eight White Roman goslings (24 male, and 24 females) and 48 White Chinese goslings (24 males and 24 females) were used in this experiment. Blood samples were collected at 3-week intervals from hatched time to 24 weeks of age. The pH value of serum, concentration of cholesterol, triglycerides, total lipids, sodium, potassium, chloride and the ionized calcium in serum were determined. The results showed that the concentration of serum cholesterol ranged from 104.25 mg/dl to 253.68 mg/dl in White Roman geese and 111.97 mg/dl to 352.90 mg/dl in White Chinese geese. The concentration of serum triglyceride ranged from 28.07 mg/dl to 549.12 mg/dl in White Roman geese and 28.95 mg/dl to 272.81 mg/dl in White Chinese geese. The concentration of serum total lipids ranged from 311 mg/dl to 1,240 mg/dl in White Roman geese and 349 mg/dl to 775 mg/dl in White Chinese geese. The serum sodium concentration was 105 mmol/l to 177 mmol/l in White Roman geese and 130 mmol/l to 182 mmol/l in White Chinese geese. The serum potassium concentration was 1.76 mmol/l to 6.21 mmol/l in White Roman geese and 2.03 mmol/l to 6.21 mmol/l in White Chinese geese.
