英文摘要 | Recently, perylene derivatives have attracted wide interest as blue fluorescent materials for organic light- emitting diode (OLED) applications. Although there were few reports on electroluminescence (EL) devices of perylene derivative, there is no report about carrier transport properties. The charge carrier mobility is one of the important material parameters to understand the mechanism in the device. Employing the time-of-flight (TOF) technique, the charge drift mobilities of perylene derivative (TBPe) have been measured. We observe hole transport properties in the TBPe layer with a room temperature mobility about 10-4 cm2/V × s under high electric field. |
