中文摘要 | 本研究係探討以不同噴嘴排列方式及數目,衝擊在三種不同幾何形狀比例之粗糙面上,觀察其流場結構及熱傳現象。主要目的在評估以不同幾何形狀之粗糙面對於管內部之流、熱場的影響。而實驗結果顯示阻塊間距離與阻塊高度比p/e=8.33之粗糙面熱傳效果最好,p/e=6.67之效果最差,平均比值約1.2。旋轉由於離心力的影響,降低衝擊冷卻效果約15%。 |
英文摘要 | The experiments was studied on a rotating ribbed square duct effect from three different roughened surfaces with different arrays of air jets. The study covered jet Reynolds number 4000 to 13000 and the jet rotation number was varied from 0 to 0.0013, respectively. Results are presented and focused on the effect of different roughtened surfaces. Significant heat transfer enhancement was found for pitch-to-height ratio (p/e) at 8.33 configuration and within the ranges of operating parameters considered in the study. However, rotation induced Coriolis and centrifuged forces decreased the Nusselt number values about 15% which is quite coincided with those of previous studies. |
