中文摘要 | 本研究針對以小孔為進油方式之動靜混壓頸軸承,探討其靜態特性,利用有限差分法求解雷諾方程,靜態分析中,比較不同油腔數目、不同寬徑比、不同轉速、油腔深度與油腔寬度對軸承承載力、流量、摩擦力與偏位角之影響,所得結果建立動靜混壓頸軸承性能資料,以提供軸承設計者使用。 |
英文摘要 | This study has addressed the static performances of orifice-compensated hybrid journal bearing. The Reynolds equation is solved by finite difference method. In static analysis, the load capacity, flow rate, friction and attitude angle for various recess number, the ratio of width and diameter, recess width are determined. The static performances of orifice-compensated hybrid-journal bearing have been obtained. In consequence, the data of orifice-entry hybrid journal can be built-up and support for bearing designers. |
