中文摘要 | 本研究主要利用最小孔隙率及最大單位重法則。探討高性能鋼纖混凝土(High Performance Fiber Concrete, HPFC)之巨觀工程性質及徽觀界面之情形。以本土化材料研發出HPFC之配比邏輯作公式推演,經試拌與調整後,作新拌流變性與硬固性質之驗證及界面微觀之探討,且與高性能混凝土(High PerformanceConcrete, HPC)作比較。研究結果指出以緻密配比法之HPFC配比可提昇新拌之流變性能,雖然抗壓強度貢獻較不顯著,但握裹、劈裂及抗彎強度隨著齡期的增加較HPC試體更為明顯提早;同時纖維可阻止裂縫之延伸,握裹界面微觀顯示鋼纖與混凝土之界面生成物明顯且緻密。 |
英文摘要 | This research is to study the engineerig and interface properties of high performance fiber concrete (HPFC). Based on the least-void and maximum unit weight in company with the mixture proportioning of HPFC made by local materials, the various related equations are derived, and the trial batch and modification are also accomplished for studying fresh theology, hardened properties and micro-surface. Furthermore, the comparison between the aforementioned and those of the high performance concrete (HPC) will be done. The results indicate that the densified mixture proportioning used for the HPFC can significantly improve the theology of the traditional FRC. And the bonding stress, bending and splitting strengths appear significady earlier than that of the specimens of HPC without fiber following the addition of the age. According to the micro surface of the bonding stress, the products are visible and gather densely on the surface between the steel fiber and concrete. |
