中文摘要 | 本文針對非等溫流體在微重力條件下的注射情形提出數值模擬結果。 本數值方法結合了有限元素法和預測與修正理論架構來決定瞬間的流場分布情形;流體表面張力對注模的影響也同時列入考慮。本數值模擬涵蓋範圍極廣(ie., 1≦Pe≦50,0≦St≦0,and Ca=1 and ∞)根據分析結果顯示,重力對注流前端的發展及所需注射壓力有很重要的影響,雖然在等溫流體注模時,表面張力在Ca>10時對流場的影響很有限,但是當溫度效應被考慮時,表面張力的影響將形重要,尤其是在高Pe值時。 |
英文摘要 | Numerical results for non-isothermal flow injection under microgravity condition are reported in this paper. The numerical method, which combines the finite element method with a predictor/corrector scheme, is used to determine the transient flow field. The effects of surface tension are also considered in this study. The numerical simulations have covered a wide range of the governing parameters (i.e., 1≤Pe≤50, 0≤St≤10, and Ca=1 and ∞). From the results obtained, it shows that gravitation has an important effect on the development of the flow front and required injection pressure. Although the surface tension effects may be insignificant for isothermal flow injection at Ca>10, the effects become more important for non-isothermal flow injection at a higher Peclet number. |
