中文摘要 | 為探討自主式廚餘堆肥品質,分析10處臺北市自主式廚餘堆肥和廚餘堆肥場之堆肥。臺北市自主式廚餘堆肥因限於操作場地、人員專業素養、副資材之取得、產品通路和堆肥設備,其堆肥品質差異甚大。堆肥化過程中,溫度普遍偏低,大部份介於23-45℃,只有少數處理場達52-63℃。pH介於3.9-8.4,水分含量25.9-88.1%,灰分含量2.8-43.4%,TOC 10.8-54.6%,總氮含量5.4-39.8 g/kg,粗脂肪含量0.5-22.8%,C/N比10.1-44.6和種子發芽率介於0至97%。山豬窟廚餘堆肥場處理16天後溫度上升至58-61℃,初期pH介於5.0-8.5,其後上升至9.1-9.3,初水分含量偏高,介於58.6-81.2%,半成品水分含量下降至27.9-34.2%,半成品種子發芽率介於81-89%。重金屬含量方面,廚餘堆肥未檢出砷、鎘及汞,自主性廚餘堆肥鋁、鉻、銅、鎳、鉛和鋅含量分別介於52.8-10,440、0-200.9、3.4-3,019、0-78.5、0-87.0和5.8-995 mg/kg。山豬窟廚餘堆肥亦未檢出砷、鎘和汞,而鋁、鉻、銅、鎳、鉛和鋅含量分別介於955-8262、10.0-62.2、21.2-146.4、1.7-10.3、0-22.4和99-430 mg/kg。可見臺北市自主性廚餘堆肥品質有待提升,山豬窟廚餘堆肥,初水份含量太高,處理時間太短,有必要加以調節,方可產製性狀較佳之廚餘堆肥。組裝式堆肥箱廚餘堆肥對油菜有增產效果。施用後可以促進株高、葉數、地上部乾重和產量。但廚餘堆肥機堆肥並未腐熟,故並未見增產效果。廚餘堆肥若製作得宜,將可作為良好的有機質肥料,有利有機農業推展。 |
英文摘要 | The investigate the food waste compost quality of local autonomy food waste composting groups in Taipei City. The composts of ten local autonomy food waste composting groups in Taipei City were collected and analyzed. Due to the limitation of operation area, operation equipments, special training of workers, availability of bulking materials and the marketing of compost, the composition of composts had a great variation among the tested composts. The properties of tested composts were temperature 23-63℃, pH 3.9-8.4, moisture content 25.9-88.1%, ash content 2.8-43.4%, total organic carbon 10.8-54.6%, total nitrogen content 5.4-39.8 g/kg, crude fat content 0.5-22.8%, C/N ratio 10.1-44.6 and seed germination rate 0-97. Food compost of Shan-Chu-Ku composting plant for 16 days to compost it were pH 5.0-8.5 and moisture content 58.6-81.2%. After post fermentation, it had pH 9.1-9.3, moisture content 27.9-34.2% and seed germination rate 81-89%. Arsenic, cadmium, and mercury content were not detectable in the food waste. Aluminum, chromium, copper, nickel, lead, and zinc content of the autonomy food waste compost were 52.8~10,440, 0~200.9, 3.43~3019.1, 0~78.5, 0~87.0, and 5.8~994.5 mg/kg, respectively. Aresnic, cadmium, and mercury were also not detectable in Shan-Chu-Ku food waste compost. The compost had aluminum, chromium, copper, nickel, leasd, and zinc content 955.0~8261.9, 10.0~62.2, 21.2~146.4, 1.7~10.3, 0~22.4 and 98.6~430.2 mg/kg, respectively. The detachable composter food compost increased the growth and the yield of rape,while the mechanical food waste composter decreased the yield. The quality of autonomy food waste composts in Taipei City should be improved in the future for their maturity and working porcessing. |
