中文摘要 | 本試驗為調查Saanen、Nubian及Alpine等三種乳山羊飼養於代謝架,測定其飲 水量、糞尿量及糞尿性狀等。羊糞堆肥化處理為應用壕溝式發酵槽配置杓子式自動翻堆機, 調查其處理過程中成分變化及腐熟度判定。調查結果其飲水量Nubian、Saanen及Alpine羊 分別為2.96l/d、2.74l/d及2.44l/d。糞尿排泄量Alpine 、Saanen及Nubian羊分別為 2.81kg/d、1.36kg/d及1.07kg/d。三種品種乳羊中Alpine羊糞尿量最多與Saanen及Nubian 羊比較有顯著差異。糞尿性狀三種品種間之pH糞8.15∼8.89;尿8.93∼9.03差異不顯著:BOD 糞21,870∼24,560 mg/L,三種品種間亦無顯著差異,但尿中BODAlpine羊只有1,400 mg/L 比 Saanen羊的4,700 mg/L及Nubian羊的6,470 mg/L有顯著減少。Saanen羊完全餵飼盤固草 乾草與餵乾草再補充精料糞便中BOD濃度比較,分別為24,540mg/L與49,650mg/L不同飼料 間有顯著差異。應用壕溝式發酵槽每隔二周翻堆一次,經過60天以上堆積即可腐熟,堆肥處 理過程中pH、電導度、鉀、鈣及鎂隨堆積日數增加而顯著升高;總氮無顯著變化;經60天 堆肥處理後有機質含量為55.87%、C/N比為24. 24。應用0.1%硝酸銀溶液處理濾紙層析譜, 做羊糞堆肥腐熟度判定為簡單、快速及準確度高,值得推廣採用。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to investigate the water intake, the amount of daily feces, and urines excretion, and the characteristics of the excreta in saanen, Nubian, and Alpine goats kept in metabolism crates, In addition, the excreta from goats was collected and treated in a fermentation trench equipped with a scoop type automatic turnover machine for compost treatment. Changes of the composition of the excreta during composting were recorded and the degree of maturity of compost was assessed well. The results showed that the daily water intake and the daily amount of excreta were 2.96 l,2.74 l and 2.44 l, and 1.07kg, 1.36kg and 2.81kg in Nubian, Saanen and Alpine, respectively. The amount of excreta in Alpine was significantly higher than that in Saanen or Nubian (P<0.05). The pH value of feces and urine ranged from 8.15 ∼8.89 and 8.93∼9.03, and the BOD of feces ranged from 21,870∼24,560 mg/e without significant difference among breeds. However, the BOD of urine in Alpine was significantly lower than that in Saanen and Nubian (1,400mg/l, vs 4,700 and 6,470 mg/l﹐P<0.05). The BOD in the feces of Saanen was significantly affected by ngesting Pangolagrass hay or Pangolagrass hay pluy concentrate (24,540mg/l vs 49,650mg/l) The pH, electric conductivity, potassium, calcium, and magnesium in the excreta were positively correlated with the days of composting, while there was no difference on the total nitrogen content during a 60-day composting period. The organic matter content and C/N ratio of the compost after 60 days of composting were 55.87% and 24.24, respectively. Use of 0.1% silver nitrate treated filter paper chromatography was a simple, quick and accurate method for the assessment degree of maturity of dairy goat manure compost. |
