中文摘要 | 本文旨在分析專家與新手教師的實際教室教學行為,並探討教學行為是受到何種信念的影響。取樣8位國中國文科教師,以觀察法和刺激回憶晤談法蒐集資料,使用的工具包括教室行為觀察表、訪談結構表、V8攝錄影機,錄音機等。觀察錄影帶的刺激回憶晤談所得資料,先轉成逐字稿,然後依次序編碼,再逐步分析其內容。研究結果發現如下:專家與新手教師的實際教學表現有差異。此外專家與新手教師的教學計劃、教學互動與反省教學,確實受到不同教學信念所影響。本研究大致驗證教師教學信念系統與教學行為有密切關係,至於教室實際表現,教師不同的行為表現,是因為不同的教學信念所致。因此建議,不論是專家教師或新手教師,若能藉由反省教學,建構自己的教學信念,則應更能促進專業成長。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this thesis are : (1) to compare the difference of actual teaching between expert teachers and novice teachers; and (2) to investigate how teaching behaviors are influenced by teaching belief. Using Chinese Mandarin teachers as the subject for the thesis, the study was conducted in qualitative concern, including 8 teachers. The results of the second study reveals: (1)the actual teaching behaviors are significantly different between expert and novice teachers; (2)the teaching planning, teaching interaction, and reflective teaching of both expert and novice teachers are influenced by different teaching belief. In other words, the correlation between teaching belief system and teaching behaviors is strongly proved. Therefore, teaching belief system affects the teaching behavior. As to actual teaching behavior in classroom, again, the study testfies that teaching belief affctcs teaching behavior. |
