中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的:(一) 分析教學信念系統的分化性與統整性及專家與新手教師在信念系統上的差異。(二) 比較不同專業發展程度、不同教學信念系統分化性、不同教學信念系統統整性的教師,在教學計劃、教學互動及反省教學上的差異。本研究大致驗證教師教學信念系統與教學行為有密切關係,且大體而言,信念系統是從低分化往高分化,低統整往高統整的方向發展。此外,整體來說,信念系統呈現高分化與高統整者,其教學行為也愈好。至於教室實際表現,教師不同的行為表現,是因為不同的教學信念所致。因此建議,不論是專家教師或新手教師,若能籍由反省教學,建立自己堅定的信念,則應更能促進專業成長。 |
英文摘要 | The maim purposes of this thesis are: (1) to analyze and compare the differentiation and integration of teaching belief system; (2) to explore the interaction of professional development, teaching belief system differentiation, and teaching belief system integration on teaching planning, teaching interaction, and ref1ection; (3) to investigate how teaching behaviors are influenced by teaching belief. In other words, the correlation between teaching belief system and teaching behaviors is strongly proved. The development of teaching belief system starts from low differentiation and moves toward high differentiation ; and from low integration to high integration. Therefore, teaching belief system affects the teaching behavior. |
