中文摘要 | 障礙作業資訊系統(electronic Trouble Access System, eTAS)的主要功能是提供客戶電信服務發生障礙時之申告、測試及維修等作業流程之控制與管理。使整個申告作業的流程由接受用戶障礙申告開始,經維修人員依序完成測試及查修工作,再經用戶確認障礙已排除等各項作業一氣呵成。整個作業流程之控制與管理完全由本系統自動即時處理,以加速派修流程,減少因通信設備障礙而造成客戶及本公司之營收損失,提高障礙處理時效,改善客戶服務品質。 本文將就障礙作業資訊系統的資料庫設計,(1)申告作業及障礙派修流程管制;(2)用戶及設備資料管理;(3)統計報表;(4)單位、人員及權限設定;(5)公佈欄及討論區等五個部分詳盡說明。 |
英文摘要 | The main function of electronic Trouble Access System (eTAS) is to provide control and administration of operation flows like complain operation, test operation and repair operation when customer’s telecommunication services arise troubles. The operation flows of trouble complaining start with accepting customer’s trouble complain, then the maintenance staffs execute the operation of test and repair sequentially, and end up with the trouble eliminating by confirming with customer. eTAS handles all the control and administration of operation flows automatically and immediately, and it will benefit to hasten the operation flows, decrease the loss of customers and CHT, increase the efficiency of trouble repairing and improve the quality of customer service. This article focuses on the database design of electronic Trouble Access System. It will be divided into 5 sections to make a detail description:(1) complain operation and flow control of trouble repairing; (2) management of customer and device; (3) statistic reporting sheet; (4) unit, staff and authority setting; (5) bulletin board and discussion area. |
