中文摘要 | 第三代障礙申告資訊系統(electronic Trouble Reporting Information Systems,eTRIS)主要在受理客戶市話及專線服務的障礙申告,同時提供障礙測試及維修流程之管控,並能追蹤其處理狀態。在eTRIS作業環境中,運用四種介接機制與其他資訊系統進行資料交換,此四種介接機制包括:(1)檔案傳輸協定(File Transfer Protocol,FTP)機制,採用FTP傳輸協定,使用自訂文件格式;(2)Socket機制,使用自訂格式的訊息封包;(3)超文字傳輸協定(Hypertxet Transfer Protocol,HTTP)機制,採用HTTP連線協定,使用可擴展標示語言(eXtensible Markup Language,XML)封裝訊息及(4)網路服務(Web Services)機制,使用簡單物件存取協定(Simple Object Access Protocol,SOAP)協定。FTP機制用於定時向其他資訊系統取得大批資料;Socket機制提供往回相容的能力,讓之前連接第二代障礙申告資訊系統(Trouble Reporting Information System-II,TRIS-II)的資訊系統,能夠連接eTRIS繼續使用;HTTP機制讓Web-Based的資訊系統可以很容易的介接eTRIS;而Web Services機制則是遵循最新的技術標準,提供Web Services的呼叫界面,讓其他資訊系統可以使用標準界面呼叫eTRIS服務。 本論文除了詳細介紹各種介接機制的運作方式、特性並舉例說明外,也比較各種方法的優缺點,並提出改善之道。對於FTP機制而言,若能輔以XML透過自訂標籤來描述資料內容,則可使得資料擴充容易,剖析簡單,更具有彈性以改善目前運作上的缺點。而Web Services機制,符合最新的技術潮流,能縮短服務提供者開發服務的時間,同時也提升服務使用者使用服務的便利性,未來eTRIS介接模式將會漸漸導入Web Services以使資料交換更便捷、維運作業更趨流暢與完善。 |
英文摘要 | The electronic Trouble reporting Information System, or eTRIS for short, is responsible for receiving trouble reports from customers and other service problem management systems, controlling the processes of testing and repairing, as well as providing the managed activities for tracking. In the eTRIS, four different interface mechanisms, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), socket, Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) connection, and Web Services, were implemented to exchange data/information with other information systems. The FTP mechanism is used to periodically exchange data/information with others according to self-defined exchanging format and pre-defined schedules. The socket mechanism provides the same interfaces and protocols for all the systems that connect to Trouble Reporting Information System-II (TRIS-II). And by using HTTP connection with eXtensible Markup Language (XNL), the web-based applications can easily communicate and quickly integrate with eTRIS. The web services mechanism is implemented to provide standard interfaces for systems that can request services from eTRIS following the W3C proposed standards. In this paper, we introduce the methodologies, operations, and illustrate with examples for all the interface mechanisms. Moreover, we analyze their advantages and disadvantages and propose some improvements for the mechanisms. As the conclusions, the FTP mechanism could be powered by XML. The data format is able to make the contents extensible and flexible when exchanging data with each other. In addition, it facilitates the implementation of the content parser, In the future, eTRIS will adopt Web Services mechanism as its major interface to other systems, because Web Services is the latest standard of the Internet. The Web Services mechanism will facilitate the implementations of data exchange between the service provider and demander, as well as, it will make the whole operations of eTRIS become more flexible and agile. |
