中文摘要 | 由於電信服務的推陳出新,本公司現有障礙申告資訊系統(Trouble Reporting Information System-II, TRIS-II)已無法滿足目前障礙維修作業的需求;因此總公司指示本所進行第三代障礙申告資訊系統(簡稱eTRIS)的研發。本項研發分為兩階段進行:第一階段進行專線障礙維修作業的開發,第二階段為市話、公話、非對稱數位用戶迴路(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line,ADSL)、多媒體隨選視訊(Multimedia On Demand,MOD)及其他新業務障礙維修作業的開發。本系統研發完成後,將取代現有TRIS-II系統。本文主要針對障礙申告資訊系統中有關專線障礙維修作業系統的開發技術做一詳細描述。 專線障礙作業資訊系統(electronic Trouble Reporting Information System for Leased Line Service, eTRIS/LLS)的主要功能是提供客戶專線發生障礙時之申告、測試及維修等作業流程之控制與管理。整個維修作業流程由接受用戶障礙申告開始,經維修人員依序完成測試及查修工作,再經用戶確認障礙已排除等各項作業一氣呵成。整個作業流程之控制與管理完全由本系統自動即時處理,以加速派修流程,提高障礙處理時效,改善客戶服務品質。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the evolution of telecommunication services, the existing system, which is Trouble Reporting Information System -II (TRIS-II), has unsatisfied the demand of trouble repairing operation. For this reason, TL was designated to develop the electric Trouble Reporting Information System (eTRIS) for CHT. This development will be divided into two phases: the first phase is going to develop for Leased Line Service, and the second phase is going to develop for Local Line Service、Pay Phone Line Service、Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) Service、Multimedia On Demand (MOD) Service and other new telecommunication services. After the 3rd generation Trouble Reporting Information System has been developed, it will replace the TRIS-II. This article focuses on the Trouble Reporting Information System for Leased Line Service (eTRIS/LLS) and it will make a description in details. The major function of the eTRIS/LLS is to provide leased line service with a control and administration of operation procedures such as complaints, tests and repairs when the services are out of order troubles. The trouble reporting operation starts from the moment of accepting customer's trouble complaint, then the maintenance staffs execute the operation of test and repair sequentially, and end up with the trouble eliminated and with the customer's confirmation. eTRIS/LLS handles all control and administration of operation flows automatically and immediately, and thus helps to hasten the operation flows, increase the efficiency of trouble repairing and improve the quality of customer service. |
