中文摘要 | 摘要:以黃秋葵六個品種S-1、H-1、I-1、I-3、M-6及P-13為親本,進行6×6全互交分析探討數量性狀之遺傳介量。由試驗結果得知,所有調查性狀均為累加性與顯性共同控制,且以累加性效應佔較大比例。黃秋葵之早熟性及高產由多數顯性基因所控制,且除產量外,始花節位、始花天數、單果重及單株果數等性狀之顯性基因多於隱性基因。雜交育種應等到後期世代同型結合體數較多時再進行選拔較為可行。 |
英文摘要 | A 6×6 diallel cross was carried out in six varieties, which were S-1, H-1, I-3, M-6, and P-13. The results indicated that all quantitative characters investigated in this experiment are controlled by additive and dominance allele, and mainly by additive allele. Marturity and yield and dominant by multiple dominance genes. The dominance allele are more than recessive in characters of node number at first flowering, days to flowering, single fruit weight and fruit number of plant, exclude the yield. Therefore, we can expect only that there is a good selection effect at the late generation of hybrid population. |
