中文摘要 | 中華電信北區分公司為改善目前電纜障礙、電纜改接、電纜抽換工程,電纜維修人員 於工程竣工後,需請測量人員配合對線測試,確認用戶電話號碼正確之人工作業方式,予以自 動化,提案委由電信研究所開發市話電路報號查詢系統,以提高外勤作業之工作效率,縮短障 礙修復時間。本系統除具有自動播報恥線之電話號碼及查詢恥線之電纜主幹、分支及恥線編號, 為保證系統安全運作,亦提供密碼驗證及各項維運管理及統計報表等功能。 為使本系統快速靈活機的運作,我們使用了結合電腦快速資料處理、資源共享與電話服務 之電腦和電話整合(CTI)技術來開發。文中首先介結市話電路報號查詢系統功能,接著對有關此 系統之硬體架構、軟體架構、通信協定等提出討論。 |
英文摘要 | This research proposes the Cable Reporting & Inquiring System (CRIS) for subscriber repair service craftsmen, The system is used for improving the efficiency and reducing the time consumed in the repair services. This system could upgrade the manual cable matching operation to be a computerized and automatic one. Its main functions include automatic reporting the telephone number and inquiring the cable history data. It also provide the Password-checking, and generates administration, statistic and operation report tables. For the system to operate efficiently and quickly, we developed this system using Computer-Telephony-Integration Technology, integrating quick computer data processing and resource sharing. In this paper, we first introduce system functions of the CRIS. Then, we describe system hardware architecture, software configuration and communication protocol. |
