英文摘要 | Based on eggshell strength at 50 weeks of age, Tsaiya ducks were selected for high (HES) and low eggshell strength lines (LES). The present study was designed to compare blood parameters between 2 lines after one generation of selection. The results indicated that eggshell strength during 30 ∼ 80 weeks and egg weight during 50 ∼ 80 weeks of age from HES ducks were higher than those of LES. No difference was found between the two lines in percentage of ash, calcium (Ca) or inorganic phosphorus (IP) in tibia. At 11 weeks of age, ducks of HES had higher plasma alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and lower Ca level than ducks of LES. Plasma ALP activity of ducks from HES during laying period (30 ∼ 50 weeks of age)was higher than those of LES, but plasma Ca and IP levels of ducks from LES at 14 weeks of age and in laying period was higher than those of HES. NO difference was found between the two lines in blood pH, pCO �� ,pO ��,O �� % or [HCO �� ] at 8, 11 and 14 weeks of age. During laying period, no difference was found between the two lines in blood pCO ��, pO ��, O �� % or Ca ���均B K �均B Na ��. Blood pH of ducks from HES at 40 weeks of age was higher than those of LES, and blood [HCO �� ] of ducks from HES at 30 and 40 weeks of age was lower than those of LES. No difference was found in plasma ALP activity, Ca or IP levels at 8 and 11 weeks of age under different dietary Ca levels. Blood [HCO �� ] of ducks fed 1.6% Ca diet at 8 weeks of age was lower than those of fed 0.8% Ca diet, and that of ducks fed 0.4% Ca diet at 11 weeks of age was higher than those fed 0.8% Ca diet. |
