中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在利用產蛋菜鴨育成期之第九週齡體重,以探討成熟期及產蛋期各項 產蛋性能之影響。育成期0∼3、4∼14週齡飼糧分別為CP 17.8%、ME 2790 kcal╱kg及CP 13.5 %,ME 2600 kcal╱kg,粉料。至九週齡以體重區分為三組別(1)1.0∼1.2kg,(2)1.2kg 以上至1.3kg,(3)1.3kg以上,每組25隻,二重複,上籠飼養,測定初產日齡(50%產蛋) 及體重、及初期20週產蛋性能。試驗結果顯示第一組初產日齡比第二、三組早4.8、6.5天 (P<0.05),而初產蛋重也較小(P<0.05),九週齡體重至成熟體重或產蛋期體重以第一組 變異較大,而第三組初產體重時就已趨性成熟體重�琠w,變異較小。產蛋率在第三組有比其 他兩組高的趨勢(P>0.05),平均蛋重大(P<0.05)。蛋殼品質則各組間沒有差異,死亡率 以第一組4.0%最高。由此初步結果可知,菜鴨九週齡體重以1.2kg以上為理想體重,可供 為育成期飼養方法之改進參考。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effects of body weights at 9 weeks of age on laying performance of brown Tsaiya ducks. Crude protein (CP) and metabolizable energy (ME) in the starter diet were 17.8% and 2,790 kcal/kg, respectively. The developer diet had levels of CP and ME at 13.5% and 2,600 kcal/kg, respectively. Ducks at 9 weeks of age were divided into three groups and caged on the basis of the following body weights: Group 1, 1.0~1.2 kg; Group 2, 1.2~1.3 kg; and Group 3, above 1.3 kg. Twenty-five ducks with two replicated were used in this study. Body weights, feed intake, feed efficiency, point of lay (50% rate of lay), and laying performance were recorded. The points of lay in Group 1 were 4.8 days and 6.5 days earlier than the points of lay in the Groups 2 and 3, respectively (P<0.05). Egg weights of the first eggs in Group 1 were smaller than those in Groups 2 and 3 (P<0.05). The most significant increase in body weights after laying was observed in Group 1, followed by Groups 2 and 3. A trend of higher egg production was noted in Group 3 (P>0.05). Egg weights in the Groups 2 and 3 were higher than those in Group 1 (P<0.010). The mortality in Group 1 was 4.0% which was the highest among the three groups. In conclusion, body weights at 9 weeks of age should be heavier than 1.2 kg for good laying performance. |
