中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的是在探討提高尿素膠合板之配膠不揮發分及減少佈膠量等因素來減少熱壓時間之可行性。試驗中探討了不揮發分(50或60%)、佈膠量(300,240或190g/m^2)、單板含水率(8.2或13.2%)及熱壓時間(10、15、20、25或30 sec/mm)等各項製板因子對合板性質之影響。結果顯示在本試驗之條件下,UF配膠之不揮發分由50%提高至60%,再配合適當之佈膠量,熱壓時間約可減少5 sec/mm,若再配合單板含水率控制在8%左右,熱壓時間甚至只需要10 sec/mm。另若佈膠量由240-300 g/m^2降至190 g/m^2,則添加2-4%之發泡劑,在熱壓時間15-20 sec/mm之範圍內之製板,亦可達CNS-1349普通合板二類之規格要求。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to estimate the feasibility of reducing press time in plywood manufacturing process by using higher nonvolatile content of mixed glue and by reducing glue spread. Meanwhile, the bond strength promotion effectiveness of blowing agent added in the glue on the gluing property was also examined as the glue spread was reduced. The lauan veneer, with MC 8.2 % or 13.2%, was used as raw materials for manufacturing plywood. The formula of UF glue was UF resin 100, wheat flour 20 and ammonium chloride 0.5. And, the invariables of pressing conditions were: press temperature 120℃, pressure 8 kgf/cm^2, dimensions of plywood 30×30×1.0 cm^3. The variables were nonvolatile content of mixed glue (50 or 60 %), glue spread (300, 240, or 190 g/m^2), and the amount of blowing agent (ammonium carbonate; 0, 2 or 4 % based on resin).In traditional pressing conditions, that means press temperature is 120°C, pressure 8 kgf/cm^2, glue spread 300 g/m^2, and pre-pressing time 40 min.. As the nonvolatile content 50 % of mixed glue was prepared, the minimum press time required to make plywood to meet the bond strength standard 7.0 kgf/cm^2 specified in the CNS-1349 was 15 sec./mm. As the nonvolatile content 60 % was prepared, the minimum press time required was 10 sec./mm. In the other hand, as the nonvolatile content 60 % of mixed glue was prepared and the glue spread was reduced from 300 to 190 g/m^2, to add 2% of blowing agent can promotes the bond strength of plywood to meet the type II requirements as specified by the same standard mentioned above. |
