中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討以國產合板及進口柳按合板所組合之木質結構牆,在承載側向力 時之水平剪力抵抗效能以供業者之參考。 實驗之進行是利用 2.4mX2.4m 之實際尺寸牆面, 牆構架之施工參考 ASTM 方法,剪力牆之間柱及框架採用歐洲赤松 2X4 規格 B 級木材。並 依據施工技術規範之用釘方式組合。 結果顯示,國產 9mm 及 12mm 合板所組成之剪力牆的 剪斷強度,較 7mm 合板牆面分別高 25.3 %及 14.8 %,同時 9mm 及 12mm 進口柳桉合板 所組成之剪力牆的剪斷強度亦較 7mm 合板牆面高 12.1 %及 16.6 %。 進口柳桉合板以間 柱間距 40.6cm 之牆框構架組合之剪力牆,其剪斷強度較間柱間距為 61cm 之牆面高 15 % ,剪斷剛性係數則提高 25.9 %,國產合板所組成之剪力牆,其剪斷強度則不因合板等級與 間柱間距之不同而有差異。剪力牆面在最大破壞載重值時之位移量在各項條件下並無明顯差 異,平均為 5.82cm。 迴歸分析結果顯示進口柳桉合板剪力牆之剪斷強度主要是承受間柱間 距的影響,國產合板剪力牆之剪斷強度則與合板厚度呈二次相關。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to investigate the racking performance of wood-framed shear wall sheathed with imported lauan plywood anddomestic plywood when subjected to the lateral loads. The B grade of 2x4 European red pine lumber were used as materials for studs and top and sole plates of 2.4m x 2.4m shear wall. Two 1.2 x 2.4m panels were applied to each wall frame as sheathing materials and the nailing schedules were done according to the code specified. The results indicated that the values of racking strength for shear wall fabricated with 9 mm and 12 mm thick domestic plywood are 25.3% and 14.8% higher than the wall fabricated with 7 mm thick plywood, respectively. Also, the shear wall sheathed with imported 9 mm and 12 mm thick lauan plywood showed 12.1% and 16.6% higher in racking strength than that with 7 mm thick lauan plywood,respectively. As the spacing of studs were changed from 61 cm to 40.6 cm for shear wall frame assembly, the walls sheathed with imported lauan plywood showed 15% improvement in racking strength and 25.9 % improvement in shear stiffness, while the walls sheathed with domestic plywood showed the same shear resistance. The effect of panel grades of domestic plywood on the shear resistance of wall were not significant. The average value of maximum displacement of shear wall at failure point was 5.82 cm. |
