中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討中小學校長實施課程領導的重要課題與有效策略。首先,先針對課程領導的重要性以及為何校長需要實施課程領導做一說明。其次,分別從課程的定義、課程的領導者、課程領導的範團來論述課程領導的意義與性質。接著,指出校長在實施課程領導時所必須關注的重要課題,包括:一、校長的角色界定與知覺;二、校長對課程的觀念與瞭解;三、學校文化的塑造與變革;四、學校成員合作對話的促進與倡導;五、各種勢力的協調與整合。最後,提出建議指出,校長在實施課程領導時可以採用的五種可行策略,包括:重新定位校長的角色,加強校長課程領導的訓練;二、設定明確的課程願景與目標,導向計畫未來的課程;三、建立學校成為課程社區,活化課程改革動力;四、重建學校組織結構,促進合作與對話;五、整合各種勢力,進行整體的課程領導。 |
英文摘要 | This paper attempts to identify the main Issues and strategies that will contribute to the implementation of curriculum leadership for principals. The author first describes the significance as well as the reason why a principal should perform as a curriculum leader. Then the nature and definition of curriculum leadership will be discussed. Meanwhile, the author puts forward five issues of curriculum leadership for principals as follows: 1. The role perception of principals in curriculum leadership. 2. The conception and understanding of curriculum for principals. 3.The creation and change of school culture. 4.The promotion of dialogue and cooperation among staffs. 5.The coordination and integration of diverse forces. Finally, five strategies of curriculum leadership for principals will be proposed. These strategies include: 1.Renewing the roles of principals as a curriculum leader and strengthening the related training programs. 2.Developing clear visions and goals of curriculum as well as envisioning the curriculum of the future. 3.Building school as a curriculum community and enriching momentum of curriculum improvement. 4.Restructuring school organization as well as facilitating cooperation and dialogue. 5.Integrating diverse forces and undertaking holistic curriculum leadership. |
