中文摘要 | 資訊科技之運用與發展也應有其策略,且資訊策略也應被視為企業進行整體策略規劃之重要一環,如何運用資訊科技來創造競爭優勢與財務績效,已是資訊管理學界與實務學界所共同關心的課題。本研究調查國內之大型企業,採隨機抽樣設計,共有112家資訊主管有效問答問卷。本研究發現可將資訊策略區分為「整合策略」、「中性策略」、「彈性策略」三群;組織績效構面可分為「比較效率/議價能力」、「獲利力/成長率」,研究結果發現資訊策略對比較效率有顯著影響;其中整合策略最高、中性策略次之、彈性策略最低;此外,本研究並發現資訊策略必須配合(FIT)公司策略與環境的不確性,才能提高組織的比較效率;整合策略應配合防衛式的公司策略與不確定性較低的環境,彈性策略應配合機動式的公司策略與不確定性較高的環境。這些發現的涵意亦被廣泛討論。 |
英文摘要 | Corporate information technology practice and development must have formed some kinds of strategic patterns, and further more, the corporate information strategy is concerned to be a key element in corporate integral strategic planning. Information management professionals both from academic circles and business circles are trying their best to creat competitive advantages and effective finanicl performance through information management. The methodology used in this study is by random sampling MIS department chiefs from domestic large-scale enterprises, and received 112 valid questionnaires. The study finds that information strategies can be devided into three types, namely integrated, neutral and flexible strategies, while in studying their relation to organization performance facets, including comparative effciency, bargaining ability, profitability and company growth rate. The result of the study shows that corporate information strategy will exert a significant influence on comparative efficiency, especially the integrated strategy, and then is the neutral strategy, and finally, the flexible one. Besides, the study also finds that information strategy must fit in with corporate strategy and environmental uncertainty to improve comparative effciency in organizations. In other words, ntegrated strategy must fit in with defensive corporate strategy and low environmental uncertainty; while flexible strategy must fit in with aggressive corporate strategy and high environmental uncertainty. The implications of the findings are now being widely discussed. |
