| 中文摘要 | 為了提高齒輪檢測功能,本研究利用囓合齒輪在無齒隙狀態下滾動,產生齒輪與齒輪間中心距誤差Aa",由於徑向壓力是影響軸中心距位移的主要因素,必然存在有一個最佳壓力值範圍,經多次測試與分析獲得一結論,此結論包括三個參數,分別為轉動偏差Fi"、偏擺誤差Fr"和齒間誤差fi",提供日後齒輪製程的一種簡易模式與設計參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | In order to increase the inspection function of rotating gears, by taking the advantage of non-backlash state was used to produce central distance error Aa", Because the radius pressure is the primary factor to influence the value of Aa", therefore they must have a optimized pressure range. The result was derived from many times of testing and analysis. This result contains three parameters which are rotational deviation Fi", rotational concentricity error Fr" and tooth to tooth error fi", respectively。The proposed model is expected to provide the gear industry an easy way for manufacturing process and further planning。 |
