中文摘要 | 銲接時,銲接熱量輸入速率影響銲件熱傳導,進而影響銲接部位之加熱冷卻過程,是影響銲接部位金相組織與硬度之主要因素。本文以不同銲接熱量輸入速率銲接S45C中碳鋼試片;量測銲接部位不同位置在銲接時之溫度變化;並與由喬米尼淬火試棒在做底部端面淬火試驗時,所量測得之距試棒淬火端不同位置之溫度變化做比較;找出彼此具有相同加熱冷卻過程之相對應位置;並進一步比較這些相對應位置之金相組織與硬度。吾人發現:銲接部位在銲接之加熱冷卻過程所得金相織織與硬度值,與經由喬米尼淬火試驗相同加熱冷卻過程所產生之金相組織與硬度值一致。由此結論,假如吾人能進一步繼續探討驗證由銲接熱量輸入速率來預估銲接部位在銲接時之加熱peak溫度與冷卻速率,吾人將可由吞米尼端面淬火試驗所得之資料庫數據,預估銲接部位之金相組織與硬度分佈,進而預估銲接部位之強度。 |
英文摘要 | Various welding heat-input rates affect heat transfer in the weldment during the welding process, and affect the peak temperature and cooling rate of the weldment. And thus, the heat-input rate is the key factor that affects the microstructure and hardness of the weldment. We welded S45C steel specimens with various heat-input rates, and monitored the temperature changes at various locations of the weldment during each welding process. We also conducted Jominy end-quench testing to simulate the heating-and-cooling process of the weldment, and monitored the temperature changes at various locations of Jominy end-quenched bars. Comparing the heating-and-cooling data of the weldments and the Jominy end-quenched bars, we could find matching locations for the weldments and the Jominy end-quenched bars that have similar heating-and-cololing history. We further found that these matching locations have similar microstructures and hardness. If we could further confirm the models for predicting the peak temperature and cooling rate for the weldment from the heat-input rate, we would be able to predict the hardness distribution for the weldment from the Jominy end-quench test database, and therefore, the strength of the weldment. |
