中文摘要 | 本研究利用自行設計之熔煉鑄造設備與方法,製得A356鋁合金╱6μm石墨顆粒 十1μm氧化鋁顆粒型複合材料,其中石墨顆粒含量為0,2,5,8,12wt%;氧化鋁顆粒含量為1wt %均勻分佈於鋁合金基地。並探討石墨顆粒含量和T6處理對硬度及磨潤性質之影響;實驗 結果發現,A356鋁合金添加氧化鋁顆粒可提升基地硬度,經加入2wt%及5wt%石墨顆粒後, 基地硬度稍降,卻可降低磨耗體積損失率及得到較小之磨耗表面粗糙度,加入8wt%及12wt %石墨顆粒其硬度較基地高,但易產生犛割現象而增加磨耗體積損失率。就磨潤參數而言, 磨耗體積損失率隨磨耗距離增加而上升,但隨磨耗速度增加而下降至一定值。 |
英文摘要 | Composite A356 Al alloy materials containing graphites which are 6μm an average particle size with 0,2,5,8,12 wt% and 1μm, 1wt% Al2O3 particle has been produced successfully. The quantity of graphite particles and T6 age hardening treatment of the composites on hardness and tribological properties was study.We found that the A356 Al alloy containing 1μm, 1wt% Al O will increase the matrix hardness. Adding the 2wt% and 5wt% graphite particle will a little descend the matrix hardness but it will decrease the volumetric wear rate and get the lower roughness of worn surface. The hardness of adding the 8 wt% and 12 wt% graphite particles is better than the matrix but it easily bring about the plough phenomenon and increase the volumetric wear rate. According to the tribological parameters, we know that the volumetric wear rate will grow with the increasing wear distance but it will decrease to constant with the wear speed increasing. |
