中文摘要 | 近年來由於鎂合金產業的蓬勃發展,使得臺灣投入鎂合金的廠商也如雨後春筍般的相繼跟進。鎂合金鑄件之輕量化、電磁遮蔽性、再生性及吸震性佳等,是其受歡迎的原因,而鎂合金產品除了應用在汽車、自行車等運輸工具外,在國內也大量的應用在3C產業上(例如:筆記型電腦、手機、照相機及攝影機…等等)。 目前國內製造鎂合金鑄件之成形法有壓鑄法(Die casting)及半固態射出成形法(Thixomolding)兩種,而壓鑄製程依壓鑄機進料模組之不同,區分為熱室壓鑄法(Hot chamber die casting process)與冷室壓鑄法(Cold chamber die casting process)。目前已商品化的鎂合金自動進料系統,由於受到熔解、保溫爐內鎂合金熔液液位高度變動量的影響,均無法非常精確地控制鎂合金熔液的供應量,故我們設計了一套鎂合金熔解進料系統來改善此問題。 |
英文摘要 | Due to rapid development of magnesium industry for the past few years, the Taiwan magnesium manufacturers follow suit one after another. The lightweight, electromagnetic sheltering, reviving and quake are the features of magnesium casting to be widely popular in the market. Besides the magnesium products, except for being applied in the automobile and bike, are applied in the 3C industries (including notebook computer, mobile phone, camera, video camera and so on). Until now the molding methods of magnesium in Taiwan adopt die casting and thixomoloding, while the casting method divides into hot chamber die casting process and cold chamber die casting process, depending on the difference of delivery mold. Nevertheless the commercialized magnesium delivery control system, affected by melting and the various molten height of magnesium in the storage chamber, could not precisely control the magnesium molten supply. As a result we design the magnesium melting delivery control system to improve this issue. |
