中文摘要 | 基於降低二氧化碳排放量與提升燃油使用效率兩大因素,車輛的輕量化成為各大汽車廠努力的目標。鋁、鎂合金鑄件在此過程中,扮演了重要角色,早期的鋁合金鑄件大多用於傳動系統或引擎上,如:變速箱、油泵、進氣歧管、汽缸頭、汽缸蓋等,但隨著鑄造技術的進步,目前鋁鑄件已漸漸被應用在重要保安部品,如:懸吊、剎車、底盤件等。鎂合金鑄件主要是以壓鑄件的方式使用在汽車上,如:儀表板支撐架、座椅骨架、進氣歧管、車門框架、方向盤/機柱等,2000年全球鎂壓鑄件的產量為10萬噸,預估在2006年時,會成長到20萬噸,成長率可觀。 |
英文摘要 | In order to reduce the CO2 emission and increase the gasoline efficiency, Al and Mg alloy castings are widely applied in the auto-mobile industry. The main casting processes for Al alloy castings include high pressure die casting, gravity die casting, low pressure die casting and semi-solid casting (Thixo-casting). Over 60% of Al alloy castings are power transmission and engine parts. As casting technology develops new applications including suspension and brake system parts that are more and more popular. Besides amount of magnesium alloy castings applied in the auto industry increases dramatically. It will two times increase than 2000 and reach 200,000 tons in 2006. However main applications of magnesium alloy auto castings include transmission case, instrument panel, steering wheel, steering column and seat frame. |
