英文摘要 | The variation of microstructures of cold-rolled A1-4.5 Mg-Mn alloys caused by varying theamount of cold-worked and the content of Mn at different annealing temperature was investigated.Optical microsoepy has revealed that the rate of recrystallization follows the Johson-Mehl equation.It showed that the rate of recrystallization is improved by increasing the following variable: (1)annealing temperature, (2) the Mn content of A1-Mg alloys and (3) the amount of cold work. Electronmicroscopy reveals that the formation of new recrystallized grains will occur firstly at or near theMnAl�� particles within the strained matrix. Optical microsopy also has shown that the MnAl�� particles can inhibit the grain growth. Moreover, the Al-Mg alloys will reveal the abnormal grain growthat the higher annealing temperature and for the longer annealing time. |
