中文摘要 | 本文對於現行發展之機械合金再結晶行為之理論模式作一綜合性的評 估。由研究結果顯示,唯有在以高活化能的計算參數使用情況下,理論計算值與 實測值間方具有良好的吻合性。顯然,對於機械合金再結晶的產生,存在有極高 的能量障壁需要克服。而以古典成核理論的應用,對於此類材料再結晶行為的特 異性可具有較為圓滿的解釋。事實上,再結晶的產生主要受阻於微細晶界本身的 釘扎作用。依此推論,有效的擬核以克服此種能量障壁乃為導致再結晶的主要決 定因素。在此,強集合組織材料由於其有高比例的111方位以及低角度晶界的晶 粒糾集,使得易於藉由微晶粒的旋轉造成晶核的粗化,因而具有較低的再結晶溫 度;縱然其儲存能遠低於具高儲存能的弱集合組織機械合金鋼材。 |
英文摘要 | The currently developed theories applying to predict the recrystallisation behaviours of mechanically alloyed steels have been evaluated in this work. An adequate agreement between the theoretical calculations and experimental data can only be reached in case that ahigh activation energy is applied. It implies that an ultra-high energy barrier should be existing to retard the recrystallisation. On the other hand, the employing of classical nucleationtheory provides a successful explanation on the difficulty for the onset of recrystallisation,which is attributed to the pinning by sub grain boundaries themselves. It is proposed that the formation of effective nuclei in terms of selective sub grain coalescence could be the trigger for recrystallisation. The textured steel with an intensified 111 component and high percentage of low coincidence sub grain boundaries tend to form a clustering within the sameorientation grains. The providing of the ease for subgrain coarsening by subgrain rotationcan thus result in a lower recrystallisation temperature even the stored energy is lower than that of random steels. |
