中文摘要 | 鎂合金材料的類型頗多,雖然皆具有低體熱容量、高熱傳導性及高熱膨脹係數等特性,但其在行熔接製程時則會呈現不同之熔接性質。一般而言,擠型用鎂合金材料在銲接時易有銲道冷裂縫的生成,而鑄造或壓鑄用鎂合金則易生氣孔集結及堆疊的現象,不論是氣孔或裂縫的存在皆會對銲道品質有所影響。在此研究中選用三種不同成分、類型的鎂合金薄板材(AZ31B-E、AZ91D-E、AZ91D-DC),並藉由製程參數(熱輸入量、電流輸出頻率等)的改變,來改善銲接時所常見的缺陷。實驗結果顯示,降低熱源走速、減少銲道入熱量及輸出頻率的提高,皆有助於缺陷的改善。且在實驗的最後將機械性質相近之擠製鎂合金板(AZ31B-E)與壓鑄鎂合金板(AZ91D-DC)進行異質接合測試。 |
英文摘要 | The various magnesium alloys have similar material characteristics, including low volumetric heat capacity, high thermal conductivity and large thermal expansion coefficient. However they will demonstrate the very different welding phenomena during welding. In overall, the extruded Mg alloys are easy to form the cold cracks, while die-casting/casting Mg alloys are easy to observe the coalescence of pores in the welds. Regardless of pores or cracks, it will severely deteriorate the welds quality. Three different types of magnesium alloy thin plates (AZ31B-E, AZ91D-E and AZ91D-DC) are used in this research. By changing the processing parameters (heat input and AC frequency), the welding defects are eliminated. The results show to lower the welding speed, minimize the heat input and increase the current frequency will effectively improve the weld defects. In the end two different magnesium alloy plates (AZ31B-E and AX91D-DC) with similar mechanical properties will conduct the joining tests. |
