中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討熱季期間利用激性腺素配合助孕酮類(altrenogest)或前列腺素異構物(cloprostenol)處理斷乳母豬後之生育力。在六至八月期間選用56頭即將斷乳之台灣黑豬品系母豬,分成對照組(A組)與三激性腺素處理組(B、C及D組)。處理組母豬於斷乳後第1日與第4日,分別以1500 IU PMSG(孕馬血清激性腺素)與1000 IU HCG(人類絨毛膜激性腺素)注射:B組母豬不再用其他藥物處理;C組母豬在斷乳日另用180μg前列腺素異構物注射;D組母豬則在斷乳前3日,連續每日餵飼40mg助孕酮類。所有母豬於哺乳約35日斷乳後偵測發情,而於發情時人工授精二次。結果顯示激性腺素處理不論有無前列腺素異構物或助孕酮類配合,均提高母豬於斷乳後十日內之發情率(P<0.05),並縮短其斷乳至第一次發情日距(P<0.05)。而且,以助孕酮類配合激性腺素處理,母豬於斷乳後第一次授精的分娩率,均較其餘二處理組或對照組者高(P<0.01)。此外,在整個熱季期間,母豬接受助孕酮類與激性腺素處理之分娩日距均較其餘三組者短(P<0.05);分娩時窩仔數亦有較多之趨勢。綜上所述,母豬於熱季期間以激性腺素處理,可改善其斷乳後發情性能;而於斷乳前3日另連續每日飼與助孕酮類,可提高其分娩率及分娩時窩仔數。因而,此一處理制度可供作改善母豬於熱季中生育力低落現象的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The study was designd to investigate the fertility of sows after treatment with gonadotropins with additional altrenogest or cloprostenol at weaning in hot season. From June to August, 56 weaning sows were assigned randomly to control (group A) or one of three gonadotropins-treated groups (group B, C, D). The control sows received no hormone, while the gonadotropins-treated sows received 1500 IU PMSG and 1000 IU HCG on day 1 and day 4 after weaning, respectively. Sows in group B received no other treatment except gonadotropins ; but sows in group C were given one additional injection of 180μg cloprostenol at weaning and sows in group D were fed additionally with 40 mg altrenogest daily for three successive days before weaning. All sows were weaned around 35 days of lactation and inseminated artificially twice after estrus check. The results showed that with or without the combination treatment of altrenogest or cloprostenol, gonadotropins treatment significantly increased percentage of estrus occurance in 10 days post weaning (P<0.05), and it also significantly shortened interval from weaning to first estrus (P<0.05). Moreover, sows in altrenogest plus gonadotropins-treated group showed a significantly higher farrowing rate after first insemination than those in the other three groups (P<0.01). In addition, during the entire hot season, altrenogest plus gonadotropins-treated shows had a shorter farrowing interval (P<0.05) and alos had a higher tendency in number of piglets born than those of other three groups. Overall, treatment with gonadotropins in sows weaned during hot season could improve the performances of postweaning estrus, and an additional three-day feeding of altrenogest increased their farrowing rate and litter size at next farrowing. Thus, the result of this study suggested an approach to alleviate the reproductive infertility of sows in hot season. |
