中文摘要 | 本文係研究FC25灰口鑄鐵藉電子束(EB)加熱,做由電局部區域重熔,來探討各 製程參數組合與重熔硬化層銲接性關係。以瞭解在不同線能量密度下,經重熔後,其表面粗糙度、硬化深度、組織變化、顯微硬度分佈及龜裂分析、殘留應力等。 實驗結果顯示:(1)重熔硬化深度在1mm時,表面粗糙度為1.2μm,重熔後變態組織為細的粒滴斑鐵(lederburite)與針狀麻田散鐵(martensite)。(2)電子束在較低線能量下,重熔區與熱影響區可見到龜裂現象,經EDS分析重熔區裂縫成份為高含量Ca ,Ai,K而熱影響區裂縫成份為Al、Ca。(3)重熔後之硬化層顯微硬度可達700-1050HV,有明顯硬化效果,此區域經X射線測量其硬化層形成壓縮應力(Residual stress)。在回火處理後可消除殘留應力。 |
英文摘要 | This research was focused on studying the microstructural of FC25 gray cast iron which was local remelted, being heated by Electric Beam Welding. The relationship between combinatorial parameter and remelted harden layer of welding characteristics were discussed to surface roughness, hardened depth, microstructural transformation. microhardness distribution, crack and residual stress etc. in different heat inputs during E.B remelting. The result of study shows: (1) The microstructures of melted region were very fine ledeburite and martensite, melted depth reaching 1mm with surface roughness of 1.2μm.(2) Remelt zone and heat affected zone were crack of with low heat input in the E.B. The content of crack zone were composed of high Ca, Al, K in the melted zone and Al, Ca in the heat affected zone(HAZ) in the analysis with EDS. (3)The microhardness reaching 700-1050HV after remelt. Hardened layer war produced a compressive residual stress in the analysis of X-ray. The residual stress can be reduced after tempering. |
