中文摘要 | 本研究推導出一種簡單而有效的有限元素數值解,可用來解一維鑄造固化 問題。在有限元素固定網格內,利用比熱法在相變化區運用。由於利用高斯塞 德疊化方法和以複式網格法加速收歛,因此計算複雜式方程式從O(n��)簡化成 O (n 1n n),同時節省了大量儲存空間,從數值解與解析解相比,均能獲得很滿 意的結果。結果顯示在相同條件下,隨自由度增加,本法比傳統有限元素法更 為有效求出數值解。 |
英文摘要 | A simple and effective finite element procedure is presented for the analysis of one dimensional solidifications of the casting problems. An averaged specific heat is employed to simulate the elements including the phase change zone in this finite element analysis with fixed mesh. Due to the use of a Gauss- Seidel method and a multigrid algorithm, the computational complexity can be reduced from O (n �� )to O (n 1n n) with high storage efficiency. The computational results are also in very good agreement with the exact solutions. It is shown that for more degrees of freedom this algorithm is more efficient than the traditional finite element method under the same numerical conditions. |
