中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討一護理組織內之組織文化,並利用完成工作,關係,認同,及文化強度感受度,這四個組織文化變數來檢驗組織中之次文化。期了解組織中之次文化為組織次文化或專業次文化。以美國中西部一醫學中心,包括32個病房內之臨床工作註冊護士為個案。每一有效病房必須有至少四份有效回收問卷。問卷是使用由Braskamp及Maehr所設計的the Nursing Assessment Survey scales(使用五分李氏量表)。分析單位是病房,並使用病房單位平均值為分析值。使用SPSS統計軟體來測試。分析步驟是Hierarchical Cluster analysis及多變項分析。結果顯示出兩組(two-cluster solution)或三組(three-cluster solution)之分析結果較適當。兩組(two-cluster solution)之分析結果最能有效的確認文化組群(cultural typologies)。同一類的專科病房或提供類似服務性質的單位並沒有享有同一個文化組群。 |
英文摘要 | Four organizational culture factors (accomplishment, affiliation, recognition and strength of culture) perceived by staff nurses were used to identify distinct sub-organizational culture profiles within an organization. This study utilized a secondary data analysis research design. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to unit-based registered nurses. The analysis unit was the inpatient care units, and only the patient care units with at least four responses were included. There were a total of 32 inpatient care units. Hierarchical cluster analysis and One-Way ANOVA were used. The two and three-cluster solutions were chosen. The 2-cluster solution is the best solution to identify distinct cultural typologies. The results demonstrated that patient care units with the same or similar service specialties did not group together. The identified cultural typologies in the 2-cluster solution and 3-cluster solution were different in level, not in shape. |
