中文摘要 | 本文旨在析述組織文化的意義、相關概念、以及組織文化的特性與功能,期以作 為組織文化探究之基礎。本文首先依據組織文化定義著眼點之不同,敘述著重構成要素、功 能、前意識性、集體傾向、傳遞方式、借用比喻的六類定義方式;其次介紹與組織文化相關 之一般概念,並針對組織文化與組織氣氛兩個易生混淆的概念,予以比較、釐清;最後歸結 組織文化概念的數點特性,並闡述組織文化可能產生的正、負功能。 |
英文摘要 | This paper analyzed the meanings, characteristics, and functions of organizational culture. Six types of the definitions of organizational culure were grouped around a common theme. They were primarily concerned with the element, function, preconscious nature, collectivity, passing way, and metaphor of organizational culture. The concepts related to organizational culture were introduced. Especially, some comparison and clarification were made between organizational culture and organizational climate. Finally, the characteristics and the positive and negative functions of organizational culture were specified. |
