英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to realize the relations among job expectancy, career maturity and job satisfaction of the employees in the medium-large enterprises in Taiwan. We also verify the interacted influence on the dimension of the job expectancy towards career maturity and job satisfaction. Through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, we offer the suggestions of the employees and employers as well as the reference of the further study in this academic field in the future. |
