中文摘要 | 一般模鍛毛邊為平直型,其作用為藉由毛邊之摩擦阻力來幫助材料模穴,而楔角型毛邊亦是曾被提出的方式,且文獻證明其具有較優良的充模能力。本文提出曲線型毛邊之設計,並進行充模之理論應力分析,分析結果證實凹曲線型比楔角型毛邊槽有更好的充模能力。 |
英文摘要 | In general, the flash of impression-die forging is straightened shape. Its function is to enhance the cavity filling of the material through the friction resistance of flash. The wedge-shaped flash is one of the shapes that has been mentioned before, and it has been proved to provide better fillig capability in the published theses. In this paper, the design of curve-shaped flash bas been proposed, and the theoretical stress analysis of cavity filling would be presented too. It is concluded that concave-shaped groove flash is better than wedge-shaped groove flash in the fillin capability for flash design. |
