中文摘要 | 中鋼公司汽電共生系統有別於一般汽電共生系統,因中鋼汽電共生系統主要燃料為生產製程之副生燃氣;由於一貫作業煉鋼廠生產製程耗用能源種類多,且絕大部份使用製程自產之能源,又其能源之產出及耗用均具有大幅度變化、間歇性及熱值高低不穩定等特性。因此,如何最有效地調度中鋼汽電共生系統可用之剩餘自產副生燃氣及最經濟的電力產出即為本文論述之重點。 |
英文摘要 | Cogeneration system of CSC is more complex than the common cogeneration system because its major fuel is by-product gas (such as Coke Oven Gas, Blast Furnace Gas and LD converter Gas ) from its production process. Due to its complicated characteristics of energy supply and demand in an integrated steel mill, it is impossible to manage the steel mill efficiently without a good energy management system. Therefore, how to get the optimum energy dispatching and the most economic power generation in coceneration system of CSC is the subject of this paper. |
