中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的,在於分析小型發電業之發電機直接或經由隔離變壓器以各種 結線與接地方式併聯於現行或異於台電公司配電系統所可能產生之影響,並且探討與比較各 種不同併聯方式之特性及利弊得失。本研究在桃園地區尋找一實際之小型發電業併聯案例。 以模擬、分析及評比出小型發電業與台電公司配電系統間最適宜之併聯與保護方式,以期在 兼顧系統安全與設備特性之前提下,降低台電配電系統與小型發電業之不良影響與損害可能 性,提高整體供電品質及可靠度。 |
英文摘要 | The major purpose of this research project is to evaluate the possible impacts on a distribution system due to small generation plant parallel operated with it by directly connected to it or via an isolated transformer with various connection schemes. Distribution systems with various grounding schemes were considered. The advantages and disadvantages of distribution systems with different grounding schemes were analyzed and compared when parallel operation with a small generation plant. A physical generation plant in Tuo-Yuan County was used as a sample case to evaluate its impact on the Taipower distribution system that the plant was connected. The best parallel operation scheme was therefore identified. The results are of value to reduce the harmful effects of small generation plant on the distribution system under parallel operation, and improve the power quality and service reliability of the latter. |
