英文摘要 | The electrodeposition of tungsten, in the molten carbamide electrolytes, has been studied by direct current and pulse current techniques. The morphology and composition of the deposit layer were studied as the functions of the electrolysis conditions, for example, the current density, current form, pulse duration and the electrolyte composition. With the increase of the current desity, a decrease in grain size was noticed in both direct current and pulse current plating processes. The pulse current technique can be used to improve the quality of the deposits layers, especially in lower pulse current density with longer pulse duration time. The influence of electrodeposition conditions and the morphology of the laysers were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and analyzed by energy disperse-X-ray spectroscopy. |
