中文摘要 | 藥筒是提供彈藥主要另件如發射藥、底火及彈頭等另件,且為組合成全彈的重要組件,藥筒的用途在彈藥運送、儲存時能保護發射藥防止受潮,同時於擊發時與砲膛契合,提供氣密效果,但最重要的是要能順利完成退殼進彈動作,使武器能持續做循環射擊動作,並且藥筒在藥室內必須承受高溫、高壓及使用中的劇烈動作。因藥筒影響整體武器的發射性能,故製作符合各部功能要求的藥筒為提昇武器性能及可靠度重要的一環。藥筒在循環射擊動作中,伴演一個銜接的角色,而藥筒的設計工作受限於幾何造形的不規則,及因發射藥筒燃燒產生的高壓,而作用時間又在毫秒的特別行為,外加牽涉到兩個不同材料的接觸問題等因素,使得以傳統方式從事藥筒分析與設計相當吃力;故本文應用有限元素分析軟體ABAQUS針對105公厘銅質藥筒在藥室擊發狀態下進行彈塑性變形分析,以建立藥筒設計能量與分析工具。 |
英文摘要 | The cartridge case has some function. It is the means by which the other components, such as primers, propellants, charges, and bullets, are assembled into a unit. A waterproof container was provided for the propelling charge. When the cartridge is fired, it prevents the leak of gases to the rear as thin side walls of the case are forced. This paper is dealing with the deformation behavior of the cartridge case in chamber during firing. The deformation behavior is concerned with non-linear material properties and the non-linear contact interaction with chamber. The behavior of the deformation of cartridge case and the dynamic contact interaction with the chamber is simulated by ABAQUS. Finally, the results of analysis are consistent with the physical phenomena and provide the design criteria for the cartridge case. |
