中文摘要 | 為了模擬二維分離塊體系統的複雜接觸行為,本文提出一個多層接觸偵測、接觸 迭代技巧,以正確及有效的處理分離塊體系統的接觸計算問題,同時以結點力的概念導出塊 體接觸時所對應的正向接觸矩陣、剪向接觸矩陣和摩擦力向量以簡化計算。對於附貼有限元 的分離塊體系統在判斷接觸組合時,可利用塊體邊界上的結點和邊線來判斷,並且整個接觸 找尋、處理過程可分為(1)可能接觸塊體的事先預估,(2)可能接觸塊體細部的"角對角"或' 角對邊"接觸組合找尋,(3)接觸迭代處理。利用可能接觸塊體的事先預估可排除大部份不可 能接觸塊體以節省計算時間,利用細部的"角對角"或"角對邊"接觸找尋可獲得塊體間可能的 接觸組合,再經接觸迭代處理最後可找出正確的接觸位置,配合所導出的接觸矩陣和摩擦力 向量可有效的處理分離系統接觸問題,透過一些標準問題測試,可看出本文所提出的接觸蒐 尋法則確實具有良好的模擬功能及精度。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, a multi-layer type contact searching and contact location evaluation technique is proposed for the simulation of complex static and dynamic behaviors of two-dimensional discrete block systems. To reduce and simplify the work of contact analysis, a nodal force technique is applied to derive and calculate the matrices for normal contact force, shear contact force and friction force required in the simulation. For blocks patched with finite element meshes, the contact type between two blocks is determined simply by checking the geometrical conditions of a corner of one block and an edge from the other block. The contact searching algorithm developed in this paper contains the following steps: (1) identification of the possible contact block pair, (2) the judgement of the contact type is the "vertex to vertex contact" or the "vertex to edge contact", (3) open and close iterations of contact condition. This algorithm can efficiently find the exact location and type of contact between deformable blocks, and then applied to calculate the associated contact force matrices used to simulate discontinuous deformation behaviors of a discrete block system at various time steps. The capability and accuracy of this proposed algorithm that verified by some benchmark problems are quite good. |
