中文摘要 | 國際電話轉接路由安排作業十分複雜, 除了有轉接費排序、路由排序、中繼電路 群排序等作業外,在排序時尚需考慮攤分費率、匯率兌換、拆帳方式、通話完成率、話務容 量、電路群大小、忙時時差等諸多因素,以目前人工作業方式實在難以做訊速完整之處理。 電信研究所依前國際局提案需求發展國際話務品管資料庫整合系統,目前己完成轉接路由安 排子系統雛型,不但可提供轉接路由安排作業所需各項功能,更可以圖表方式顯示各項話務 統計分析資訊,供疏通、預測、設計之用。此套作業系統之發展將可增進營運效率,並提高 服務品質。本文將詳述轉接路由安排子系統之功能、作業流程及排序計算法則等。 本文旨在說明國際轉接路由安排之設計方法、作業週期、作業方法,及本計畫所發展之國際 話務品管資料庫整合系統之架構、系統功能、轉接路由安排之作業流程等,並針對轉接路由 及中繼電路之排序計算法則加以說明,最後並指出本系統未來發展方向。 |
英文摘要 | The international transit route arrangement is a complex and sophisticated task since it includes the variety of transit fee arrangement, carriers arrangement and trunk groups selection. It is difficult to do a proper route and trunk group arrangement while considering the transit fee, exchange rate between currencies, payment sharing, call complete ratio, traffic capacity, trunk group numbers and the time differences of the busy hours of the transit and the destination carriets. The Telecommunication Laboratories is now developing the Traffic and Network Information System (TANIS) and has finished the prototype for international transit route arrangements. It provides the necessary functions for route arrangement as well as the graphic display of the information needed to do network servicing, forecasting and design. With the help of this system the operating company can reduce the weakness of manual arrangement and improve the operation efficiency and promote the high quality of network services. In this paper, the functions, operation flows and decision rules of the transit route arrangement prototype are described. |
