中文摘要 | 利用對光期反應甚敏感之百美豆及對光期反應甚遲鈍之十石兩大豆品種,於分別接受高溫(30±1℃)及低溫(2±1℃),經30日,20日及10之春化處理後,在生長期中復分為二組,一組接受每日13小時之較長光期,另一組接受8小時之短光期,以測定對於該兩品種之生殖生長及營養生長之影養,結果摘述如下: 1.百美豆在每日8小時光期下,可較每日13小時光期者提早8日開花,如與春化處理相配合,可提早10日開花(表1,2)。 2.就促進大豆之開花言,高溫春化處理與低溫春化處理無明顯差別,但似以低溫處理為稍佳(表1,2)。 3. 在長光期下,春化處理對促進開花之效果較在短光期時為明顯(表1,2,圖1,2)。 4. 春化處理所需之時間,不論為高溫抑為低溫處理,均已10日已足,延長處理時間,未獲更佳效果(表1,2)。 5. 光期較長,開花結莢數亦較多,但春化處理對結莢數無顯著影響(表1,2,3)。 6.光期長短對營養生長影響甚大,在較長光期下,植株高度及節數均顯著增加。春化處理對於營養生長無明顯影響(表4,5,6)。 |
英文摘要 | Seeds or germinating seeds of soybean varieties Palmetto, a photosensitive variety, and Shih-Tan, a photo-obtuse variety, were vernalized at 30±1℃ or 2±1℃ and the plants were grown under long (13 hr. ) or short (8 hr.) daily photoperiods in order to determine the combined effect of the treatments on the reproductive growth of the testing materials. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Soybean varriety Palmetto grown under 8 hour daily photoperiod flowered 8 days earlier than that grown under 13 hour daily photoperiod (Table 1). 2. There was no significant difference between the promoting effect on reproductive growth of high and low temperature vernalizations (Table 1, 2). 3. The flowering promoting effect of vernalization was more profound under long photoperiod than under short photoperiod (Table 1, 2). 4. Ten days was enough for vernalizing soybean plants with both high and low temperatures, no better effect could be obtained when the treatment was prolonged (Table 1, 2). 5. Longer photoperiod increased the number of flowers and pods per plant, but vernalization did not have significant effect on it (Table 3). 6. The height of stem and number of nods increased with increasing length of photoperiod. There was no obvious effect of vernalization on the vegetative development (Table 4, 5, 6, fig. 1, 2). |
