中文摘要 | 本研究在於瞭解角色楷模、社會支持與身體活動量之關係,研究對象是1221名國小四年級至國中三年級的學童,研究資料以Pearson 積差相關進行分析,結果指出各年級的社會支持與身體活動量(中重度身體活動量)在各年級之間,並未有規律性存在,關係強度由-0.14至0.21,差異甚大,僅在國小四年級與中重度身體活動量達顯著正相關,角色楷模與身體活動量、中重度身體活動量皆未達顯著相關,顯見社會支持、角色楷模與身體活動間的並未有穩定的關係。但可看出國小進入國中後獲得家人及老師支持越少,有逐漸降低的傾向,而國中學生則獲得的同儕支持較多,而不論年級,最重要之角色楷模為朋友和同學。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among role modeling, social support and physical activity in several school grades. The subjects included 1221 4th, 5th, 6th grade students in a primary school and student in a junior high school. The Pearson product-moment correlation was used to analyze the data. The results indicated the correlations between physical activity and social support were irregular among grades with the Pearson R ranging from -0.14 to 0.21. The moderated-vigorous physical activity and social support had significant correlation only in the 4th grade. There were no significant correlations among the role modeling, physical activity, and moderate-vigorous physical activity. However, there was a tendency indicating that family support and teacher support decrease with higher grades. The junior high school students had more peer support. Regardless of grade, the most important role modeling was peer support. |
