中文摘要 | 大豆油精製中所移除之廢白土殘留有 16-30% 之油脂,本文利用溶劑與熱水的萃取方法進行回收,試驗結果顯示,經正己烷或 95℃ 熱水萃取後之廢白土,其中殘留油脂可由原來的 20.5% 分別降低至 2% 與 5% 以下,而以熱水萃取法所回收之油脂酸價、過氧化價及色度均較正己烷萃取回收者為高,不過由於兩種萃取方法所獲得之油脂品質均不佳,無法再回用於精煉油加工製程中。脫除油脂後之廢白土以 600-800℃ 之高溫進行再生處理,以經750℃高溫灰化六小時再以水潤濕所獲得的再生白土,其再生效率最佳可達90%,且不具有油臭味,經過六次循環處理所回收之再生白土,與新鮮白土比較仍具有 85% 之再生效率,證實廢白土回收再利用之可行性,同時建立了技術上可行之回收方法。脫油後之廢白土中重金屬的含量,經由ICP-MS的分析結果,均低於土壤安全標準,因此這些去油廢白土作為土壤改良劑的用途極具潛力。 |
英文摘要 | Spent bleaching earth (SBE) from the soybean oil refining process contains 16-30% residual oil. In this paper, solvent and hot water extraction methods were employed to recover the oil from the earth. The results showed that the oil content of the earth could be reduced effectively from 20.5% to below 2% and 5% by treatment with n-hexane and hot water (95℃), respectively. The recovered oil from the latter had higher acid, peroxide, and color values than those of the former. The recovered oils were rated of low quality, unsuitable for reuse in the refining process. The deoiled spent earth was further regenerated by burning at 600-800℃. The optimum condition was found to be 750℃ for 6 hours, followed by remoisturization of the earth. With this method, about 90% regeneration efficiency could be realized, and the earth was not malodorous. After six successive cycles of regeneration, the earth maintained 85% regeneration efficiency in comparison with virgin earth. In addition, the heavy-metal content of the earth was analyzed by ICP-MS to be in the soil safe range. Therefore, the deoiled earth was suggested for soil improvement. |
