| 英文摘要 | Hot water (93℃) and hexane extraction methods were used to recover oil from spent bleaching earth (SBE), respectively. The quality of recovered oil from hexane extraction was better than that from hot water extraction, especially when the former extraction was conducted under room temperature. Both methods could reduce the residual oil in SBE from 21.3% to below 5%. The deoiled SBE was further regenerated by ashing at 750℃ for 0.5~16 hr. The results indicated that the regeneration efficiency (RE) of regenerated SBE reached an equilibrium after 2 hr of ashing treatment. The average RE was 92±1%. For economic reason, regeneration of SBE using 2 hr of ashing would be most desirable for institutional purposes. Moreover, under the condition of repeating the 2 hr ashing treatment at 750℃, the regenerated SBE obtained after 6 cycles of regeneration still remained at 84% RE. Therefore, the regeneration of deoiled SBE by using ashing treatment was feasible for oil processing, and the resultant clay could be effectively used as a substitute for activated clay in oil bleaching. |
